救命呀!! 救命!!

上周五我的律师寄了我的I140的RFE,用的是USPS的Certified+Priority+Return Receipt. 今天一查status, 居然没寄到(具体信息如下):

Label/Receipt Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Status: Notice Left

We attempted to deliver your item at 11:43 am on August 21, 2006 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left. It can be redelivered or picked up at the Post Office. If the item is unclaimed, it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

请问有没有谁遇到相同的情况? USCIS(TSC)会不会有人去邮局pick up? 最坏的情况是不是要重递RFE? RFE的deadline再有3周就有过了,真急死了!! 请大家一定要给出出主意呀!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
