You should appear the interview,if you won't,your I-485

will be denied.Since you reentered USA with a F1 visa,your I-485 may meet trouble,but try to explain to
immigration officer,sometimes he/she may forgive your
mistake.If the worst situation happen,just need to file I-485 again.
