正在伸请緑卡的H-1可以帮国内的配偶一起伸请吗？

My hu*****and is applying for green card (labor certificate not approved yet). I am planning to go back to China to spend some time with my parents. In case I have trouble coming back to the States is that possible that my hu*****and can apply greencard for me (once his LC is approved) while I am still in China? Thanks a lot!
