It was pretty brief. I just let the Senator know the following information:


1. Case#
2. DOB
3. SSN
4. A#
5. Mailing and email address
6. Simple desciption of your case (when your I140 was approved, when I485 was filed,you could also emphasize on your personal situation, like not a popular name, no crime record -- anything you think as a point).
