Urgent question about F-2 visa

Hi,
Sorry I cannot type Chinese on this computer. My question is: My hu*****and is gonna apply for F-2 visa soon. But he's been to the states before, and he had bad credit history here (he didn't pay for the credit card bill here, and he has social security number too). Anybody has any idea about if this bad credit history will influence his visa-application process? Thank you very much !
