I-140 Processing time changed.

I just checked with case status in website. It says that "It is taking between 30 and 60 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete." It is different from before. Previous statement seems like "it is taking between 300 and 355 days...."..Anyone knows what it means? Please share information with me. My case is EB1 in TSC. Thanks.
