XiaoBaiTu: Urgent help I-485 fill-in on Part 2

I am concurrently filing I140/I485, in Part 2 of I-485, it says:

option a. an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved

option h: Other basis: ______________

Should I choose option a, or choose option h and fill in: concurrently filing I-140 based on EB1OR?
