The receipt data on the I-797 is not a problem. It always works that way.
You are fine before 8/7 (H4 pending). There is a gap between 8/7 to 8/30. Obviously CIS officer ignored your hu*****and's old H1 and used 你老公的H1开始日期 as your 开始日期. I guess that 你老公的H1开始日期 is 8/30 as well. The GAP won't cause a problem on your 485. However, do your best to fix it.
