Xiaobaitu, please: EB2-Perm or EB2-NIW?

Could you please give me some ideas:
I have Ph.D degree last November and am working in a company now.I have 3 papers (2 first authors), another two first author papers ted, one final review. Which one I should apply for: EB2-perm, or EB2-NIW? Or I can apply for both EB2 and NIW?
