about I-485 ....please help

Is the $50 FP fees paid along with my I-485 application or is it charged at the time of Finger Printing?

How many photos do I need to submit for the package? 2 for I-485, 2 for I-765 and 2 for I-130?

Do I pay all the fee in one check or need to separate them, would the whole package sent to one place or they go to different PO box?
