Just talked to a very rude customer service representative, he e

that since I am not a US citizen, I am not allowed to ask any specific questions, but to wait. He can only do a inquiry, and I asked whether, in the inquiry, we can ask when my info was sent to FBI for security check.

His attitude was like: "we are doing you a favor, you stop bothering us." I can feel clearly discrimination. I wonder where I can file a complaint against this bastard.

Anybody has any suggestions?

Thanks.
