请教XIAOBAITU等高手：PERM网上申请帐号被拒

DIY办PERM，准备提交了，在网上申请帐号。
先收到EMAIL要求出示证明的确存在这个Business。
按要求出示了以后，今天又收到这封信：
Unfortunately, we were unable to verify the employer listed during the
registration as a bonafide business entity and cannot grant you access to use
the Permanent Online System to electronically Form 9089 applications.

在这种情况下，应该再申请一次帐号呢？还是不用网上提交申请了？
