Thanks for everyone.
my company said will send a letter to USCIS on 09/30/2006. Tell them I am not working this company any more. this is mean revoke I-140?
I aksed my atterney, She said It Ok now for me to use EAD card applying for new job. if USCIS question this 180 days issues, just tell them is because of Layoff.
They would not denial it.

which one is right?
Please help!
