急问高人如小白兔H1B transfer 问题？

接受方大学办理两个多月还没有递出去，在原来的实验室实在不想呆了。 上周打电话猛催了一回， 要求安合同上的时间按时工作。他们递出去第二天就说我可以去工作，虽然没有受receipt 。

一般来说，H1B transfer是收到receipt之后才去工作， 对方这样做对我的签证来说有影响吗？因为同时对方要我签一个表，大概是说我要保证合法来美国，工作期间没gap，(我当然符合) 最后一条是如果申请被据，我必须马上停止工作。我该再等等还是现在去工作？
