急问B2 延期

父母去年10月来美. 我二月份申请了半年延期. 收据早就收到了. 可是一直没收到结果. 网上显示已经排到了4/2. 打电话去问被告知CASE STATUS 还是已收到, 正在处理.

父母还想在住半年到明年４月份, 现在这种情况怎样再申请半年呢? 请知道的朋友帮帮忙.
