I have different opinions. As long as you still work for the same company which sponsors your H-1B status, you don't need to apply for visa again within the valid H-1B status timeframe (usually 3 years) after you get the first visa stamp. It does not matter where you are from. H-1B visa is different from F-1 visa in this senario.
