You can make an application at your local USCIS office, but these are difficult to get as often only given for emergency reasons (usual family). If your company has an urgent reason for you to go overseas on behalf of the
company in a position which you are essential, USCIS may consider the application. Your manager would have to notify HR with detailed reasons and a letter can be prepared. However, please note that these applications are discretionary.
