However,LC is a different story. If you look into LC, you will find taht DOL needs a bit more than job duty. At first, LC is dependent of geo location. LC will render useless when the beneficiary moves from one geo location to another. It is hard to justify that you are still in the same geo location after being relocated from one state to another. That is the key point.
