Sorry, I can not type in Chinese now.
I will apply EB2 PERM with Job Title Programmer.
I had a RIR EB3 lab certificate certified with Job Title Programmer. I have Master degree.
If I use the same Job Title to apply, Can I keep my priority date or I need to with a higher level Job Title.
Please Help. Thank you all.
