就是有人动过/看过/你的485/140的相关材料。除非你的PD　CURRENT，除非你受到他们的EMAIL通知你（补件/通过），其他的多少次UPDATE，什么意思都没有。
如果你的PD没到，那就是Pre-adjudication of 485's by USCIS

USCIS had decided to preadjudicate the I-485 application even during the period of visa retrogression. Pre-adjudication meant a continuous processing of the applications internally such that when the visa number becomes available, the agency will be able to decide the applications without too much delays
