H1B transfer

我刚刚接受A公司的offer，公司让我寄材料过去办H1B transfer,但是B公司在和我联系面试，如果B公司给offer,我肯定会去B公司

所以现在的问题是：如果A公司替我递了H1B transfer,我还能不能接受B公司的offer??
