I applied both NIW and EB1 this Feb.; I withdrew my I140 for EB1 when I got REF because MY NIW was already approved. Now I consider applying EB1 again due to the well-known reason. Could I continue my original EB1 by just adding some material for REF, or I need to a new application.

Another question, if I apply EAD for my wife with new EB1 application, Is there any risk if my new EB1 is denied? She is H4 right now. She wants to work.
