Xiaobaitu, mytwocents: Will I be out of status?

Dear experts:

I have a similar question as Summerishere's.

Currently I am I-485 pending, I've used AP in Feb 2006, and the new I-94 stamp shows expire date as "Feb 2007". My old I-94 (H1-B) was ted to the staff on the airplane. Now I am using EAD to take a second job which means my H1-B is gone, but my 485 is still pending.

In such situation, will I be out status in Feb 2007? How can I expend the valid date?
