xiaobaitu, please help me I485 and H1B

my first H1B is expired in 12-2005, but I left this university in 9-1-2005 because I got salary up to 8-31-2005 (I kept pay stub).

The current university sent my H1B tranfer file to USCIS before 9-1-2005. But RD is 9-12-2005. I also got salary from the current university from 9-1-2005

my I140 (NIW) was approved in 9-21-2005. I485 (pd is 8-2005) is pending. I feel that I have 12 days gap.

(1) Does it affect my I485?
(2) How many days is grace period?
(3) how can I do for it
