EAD questions

I hold H4 visa and went back to China last year with AP. When I came back to US, got a new AOS stamp. Now I want to apply EAD, 1> how to fill the " the mannor of last entry into US "? H4 or AOS ?
2> the new I-94 card I got when I came back gives the valid day to Feb, 2007, However, my old I-94 card is valid to Sep 2007. which one I should follow and how can extend it?

• You should have no problem to extend you H4 as long -mytwocents- ♂ (21 bytes) () 08/09/2006 postreply 08:31:05
