LC Application

My company posted ad on newspaper in last November and December for my RIR. The division I am with will be sold to another company in a couple of months. Questions are:

1.Shall the new company post ads again if my RIR is filed under the new company's name?
2.Shall I ask the lawyer to file my RIR asap before I become an employer of a new company due to the acquisition?
3.What needs to be done if my RIR is filed under the current company's name but I actually become the new company's employee before my LC is approved?

Any suggestions will be highly highy appreciated!
