他说fingerprint card要办两份，还有一份是寄给state police department用来做state background check的。

我在Maryland，请问有经验的朋友，是不是这样的？

I did NOt do that, as I konw, that's not true, CIC changed policy??

1。问一下你的朋友，是依据哪里的消息，决定是否照办, if you do it, just pay about $18 more, that's not a big deal

2。还是严格按CIC的要求做，CIC好象没有什么STATE 的要求，具体就是GET THE FINGERPRINT
FROM POLICE STATION， MAIL IT TO FBI，好了他们就给你寄回来，你再随所有材
料一起寄往CIC。
