F-1 回国 返签问题 －老公 H-1B, 140 pending

大家好，
问个棘手的问题：
我现在要回国开会，我是 F-1 学生。但是我老公的 NIW 申请在pending 状态。
我回来签证有没有什么影响？ 会不会查出来，认为我有移民倾向回不来了？
