Wife is applying for perm. Hu*****and will apply for NIW. Assuming both 140s will get approved. By the time hu*****and 485, can hu*****and retain the wife's LC-based 140 PD for his NIW140-based 485? Does the rule of PD retention apply in this situation? Thanks in advance.
