请教小白兔,485被拒了,但我刚用AP入境,是否需要回国?,以前的H4 还有

请教小白兔和其他大侠,我们的485(NIW)被拒了,但我刚用AP入境,是否需要回国?以前的H4 还有效吗?我没用EAD工作过.我先生也没回国,他一直是H1 的身份.

我不知道我该如何做:

1)回国重签H4;
2)在美国用I539转H4;
3)什么都不用做,继续使用以前的H4.
