请问我见和假博士

Is that still possible for a PhD student to apply for NIW at present? I am gonna graduate next summer, major in Materials Science & Physics, already published 4~5 journal papers and 4 conference papers, 1 first author on Physics Review B, still working on another one which is 3rd author for Physics Review letter.

What u think my chance? My friend told me recently almost impossible for PhD student to apply. So worried.
