My NIW 485 has been pending for more than two years. I ted inquiry and got response saying "pending name check clearance". I have a new EB1 140 approved. Can you give me some suggestions which way I should go: to file a lawsuit against USCIS to clear name check, or file another 485 based on new EB1-140. Thanks in advance.
