My I485 (EB2-NIW, TSC) should be approved last June. I called the service center last August and was told the case was pending. I had to wait for my case become current again due to the retrogression last Oct. My case became current this june. I called the service center again and was told they were acitively processing my case. They asked me to wait for another 60 days. Fifty days already passed and still no news yet. Should I called the service center again? If the EB2 is U, does it mean my case can not be processed? Thank you very much for your feedback!
