父母B2延期被据

父母过来帮忙带BABY，入境时只给了3个月，所以申请延期。但昨天收到被INS DENY的信。我们没有收到任何要求补充材料的通知，就直接被据(我们没有附上financial statement, 因为W-539根本没说要这个) 。 父母现在已经超期2星期，实在舍不得让他们走，另外BABY才3个月，也离不开他们。想请教一下有什么办法让他们合法留3-6个月吗？ 我已经是公民，可以帮他们办green card. 但他们根本不想移民， 觉得还是B2来去自由，不会受到green card半年的约束。 他们想不管37二十一，半年以后再离开。但我担心以后他们就再也签不出来了。

实在不知道怎么办了，到这里来讨招了。谢了！
