请教:NIW 485用EAD可以做两分工作吗?

马上要换工作(similar field ,full time),现在老板想让我part time再工作一段时间,不知道可不可以同时用EAD,对485会有不利影响吗?使用中有什么要主意的?另外,我现在是H1,如用EAD会对GC不利吗?
