请教F1->H1B gap身份问题

我准备退学工作。H1b申请提交已经批下来了，10月1号生效。但是我的F1到月底就过期了。中间一个多月的gap会不会有任何问题？听说opt过期之后有60天的grace period，不知道退学的又没有同样的待遇啊？真心请教。谢谢大家！
