请问 xiaobaitu; H4 plans to back to china for 6 months,

when she apply the H4 visa again in 6 months, and if at that time her hu*****and's sitation is I-140 pending or I-140 approved for EB2, is it easy to get her H4 visa? or it will be a problem?
