请教NIW推荐信的问题－多谢！

准备自己办NIW, 很多人说，推荐信中要表达，How will the national interest will be affected if you were asked to go through LC？ 这一点我非常的糊涂，来这里请教了解情况的朋友。怎么样能在推荐信中把这个意思表达出来。
