Support?

First of all, what do you mean by support ? I think you mean your employer does not pay for your H1B petition. Do not support or sponsor means they don't even want to provide the document you need for H1B petition, then you need to find another employer who will support your petition.

If your employer doesn't pay for your petition but will provide you the required documents, then you can find a lawyer by yourself or if you know the process of course you can do it by yourself.
