She may argue (with the help of a lawyer) that her H1 did not start after 4 months later.---这句话我没有看懂，我的情况是：我用EAD找的PART TIME,后来为另一家公司工作的H1B下来，但我并没有退出原先的PART TIME。我有四个月同时为两家公司工作的情况是不是非常严重的案例？
