Now they allow you to stay outside Canada (3) years in the last (5) years since you became PR. I told them I am working at US under (24) month contract, I will come back after I gain (24) month experiences, which will be good for me to find a job in Canada. I don't think you will have any problem landing.
Do you plan to apply H-1 Visa or use I-797 with I-94 to come back?
