只是有一个但心，这样做会不会把RIR也撤了，因为RIR-PERM Conversion会自动撤销RIR，我不太肯定这个自动撤销是发生在File PERM时(if so, this RIR wil be revoked eventually, so I can't withdraw PERM and have to wait for the PERM), 还是在处理过程中(if so, I will withdraw this PERM). Is it possible DOL revoke the RIR later if PERM conversion withdrawn or not withdrawn? My attorney is not sure about this. 你的律师有没有问DOL可这样做?BTW，可否知道你的情况? 这样做后,I-140批了没有etc.
