我需要不需要使用Premium Service

I am H1B pending and having OPT until next year. USCIS website indicated that current approval date was only April 2nd. My lawyer told me that I need another 90 days to get my H1B. Using premium service could help me get it in 15 business days. However my employer does not want to pay $1000.

So I have to choose $1000 or to wait for 90 days. Any suggestions?
