I have the same situation as you.
A question:
Can you use the approved RIR to apply for I-140? As I know, after you filed RIR-PERM conversion, the RIR case should be withdrawn. Is it possible that the RIR will be revoked later by DOL?
BTW, how do you treat your PERM conversion? Withdraw it or leave it there?
