I'm still a graduate student and
I haven't applied for green card yet.
But I have been here more than 5 years.
So my question is what kind of statement I need
to attach to W-9 or my tax return, because
there is no place I can claim tax treaty when
I file form 1040 as resident alien. Thanks.
