前年圣诞俺去加拿大，回美国的时候愣是不让俺们进。说是visa revalidation only applies to those who never changed their status. (I don'r have H1 visa stamp on my passport at that time). when I tried to explained visa revalidation rule to her and her supervisor, they said only our US INS and customer officer have the rights to explain the ruels.
害得俺到底去toronto 签了个证。回来时又遇到那个女傻/B,问我要I-94，俺说上次被她拿去了。那个傻/B说：Remember, you don't neet to surrend you I-94 and you don't need to have a new visa if you will come back to US within 30 days。俺当时差点吐血！
