Hello,
Two months ago, I applied a passport for my daughter. The passport agency mailed the application package using first class mail. However, the package was lost and never reached the department of state.
Since the application package contains all personal information of my family, and there is a high risk of identity theft, should I accuse the passport agency? If so, how?
Please help.
