请教加拿大移民打指模的问题

我在我住的county的警察局网址上,看到这样一段话:" We do not provide fingerprint cards. The cards are provided by the organization requesting that you be fingerprinted. We will not provide FBI fingerprint cards as they must be pre-printed with information that we do not have."这是不是说我无法在警察局里办指模了,得找local fingerprint services去办? 请问如何找这样的机构? 还有打指模是在local fingerprint services里按,还是自己按? 多谢帮助!
