another waiver

I was j1 student before and did not apply J1 waiver then. After finished my program, I changed to another j1 program in the same university. I am applying for J1 waiver now. In the materials sent to DOS, I gave them all DS-2019, old and current. My questions is: do I need to apply twice to get two waivers? or one waiver is enough? Thanks so much for your help.
