Usually US consulate just get once chance to get vise

for I-730 asylum relationship beneficiary only,if he/she give up,unless he/she may explain with special reason, he/she has to come to USA with other way,such as I-130 petition.
If you want to work in China,& require CIS count your stay period as in USA,you have to verify you stay in China is for interest of the country ,such as service for US armed force or US government.If you work for a big US company in China, your may be have a chance after getting approval from USCIS.
